Just North of Lake Burton and West of Clayton GA the Upper Tallulah is a gorgeous freestone stream with lots of nice pools and pocket water.  There is a great mix of both wild and stocked trout.  Peak stocking occurs April through September.  There is easy access and this is a great location for both seasoned and new fly fishers.
